The general process of preparing for a tournament raffle is:
- Complete the Tournament Raffle License Request Form. This will provide the tournament coordinator with all the info they need to apply for your raffle's gaming license. This should be complete 2 weeks before the tournament date.
- Once the raffle license has been granted by BC Gaming, the gaming coordinator will prepare your tickets as an electronic PDF document and send them to your tournament's raffle contact, along with a package of other forms you will need.
- A tournament volunteer will need to print the tickets (approx 300 pages), cut out the tickets, and staple them into books of ten.
