Coaches
The following are Mandatory Requirements for ALL Team Officials:
Concussion Tool Awareness Test (CATT)
Respect in Sport for Activity Leader (5 year expiry)
Criminal Record Check (CRC) - (3 year expiry) - Instructions for completing a CRC
COACHES:
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct level of coaching, and all required certifications completed to be on the roster. To find the Coaching requirements that are needed for a specific team/division: Click Here!

Notes:
- All Head Coaches of U11, U13 or U15 Teams must complete the BC Hockey/Hockey Canada Instructional Stream Checking Clinic.
- All Head Coaches registered to teams above the recreational level must be certified at the Development 1 or High Performance 1 level.
- A Coach is eligible to attend a Development 1 clinic if they are coaching a rep / carded team U13 and above levels.
- A coach is granted “trained” status upon satisfying all modules and ice sessions by attendance at the course and ‘certification’ upon completing all Developmental 1 post task requirements (Post Clinic Task, Making Ethical Decisions) and Practice Evaluation
- All assistant coaches of a rep/carded team must be trained or certified at the at the Development 1.
